Terrell High School Robotics Demo:
For the previous two years the Terrell Robotic Club has provided a demonstration of the machines they designed and built for the current year’s contest. They set up an arena in the Museum with the tasks to be performed and run several contests They are engaging, knowledgeable, and interested in sharing their experiences with the guests.

In Spring 1941, the United Kingdom had already been at war with Germany for eighteen long months. With no end to hostilities in sight, the small island nation was in dire need of additional trained aircrews. Thanks to the Lend Lease Agreement, Britain turned to friends across the Atlantic –– and the No. 1 British Flying Training School in Terrell, Texas was born.
